TONY DeZUNIGA GALLERIES: Human Form | Fantasy | Reality | Still Life ARTIST INFO: TONY DeZUNIGA Since a very young age, Tony DeZuniga has demonstrated amazing artistic talent. This native of the Philippines began cartooning professionaly at the age of 14, citing a love of both illustration and comic books. DeZuniga received his formal art training at St. Thomas University, and moved to the United States in 1967 to further his commercial art career. Tony DeZuniga has worked with comic industry giants Marvel and DC, bringing life to superheros like Spiderman, Superman, Batman, and Thor. He is also responsible for the creation of Jonah Hex, a Western cartoon character that he considers "the Clint Eastwood of comic books". Other DeZuniga comic credits include Conan the Barbarian, Doc Savage, Incredible Hulk, and The Punisher. He also does work for various magazines, films, and television productions. Tony DeZuniga is also a master of watercolor, acrylics, oil, charcoal, and pastels... and we at Keszler Creations couldn't be happier to feature his artwork!
